Absolutely perfect

Everything about this hotel and apartments are wonderful , we stayed in room 2022 . The front of house staff were very friendly , proffessional and helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we got to the desk . In house entertainment every night and bar staff were very friendly.

I requested free shuttle via direct message on 27th Nov.ember for 5 Dec with all flight details etc. They did not reply. Hotel advised when I followed up day before, that I needed to provide 48 hours notice. So I paid for taxi. They arranged shuttle at reception for my daughter. I had explained on 27th message that I found their form too difficult to complete. I put it down to miscummication. Also, probably my fault, but I thought breakfast was included. Hotel did not look as good in person as it did on website. Our room was long way back from partial sea view. Overall, good value for money off season.

All OK, but a bit disappointed.

Wonderful

Super nice staff at reception, close to the beach and restaurants, not the main party hub but close enough if that’s what you’re after. Our room was coming out to the street which I think was better than ones looking over the pool/yard which would have been more loud for sure.

The “free shuttle” option not great. Our flight was delayed 3 hours and there wasn’t a way to arrange the alternative shuttle option, ended up going by train and walking from the station. Our flight was also very early in yhe morning but we didn’t want to or need to be there 2,5 hours before the flight, wanted to get there 1,5hrs before and with the shuttle offer it wasnt an option, so we went for a taxi. But if we wanted to save, that early shuttle option could work too. Bear in mind - lots of stairs to go through (was not an issue for us but would take into account for less mobile people). Two small local shops close by, the bigger carrefour is upstairs, about 10-15mins away on foot.

Another great holiday experience here!

Location is excellent, the staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Great pool area and pool shop.

It's hard to give any negatives, the fold down beds could be more comfortable but you'd still get a decent enough sleep.

Hotel with pool directly at the beach

The hotel is directly across the beach, on the promenade with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities around. Rooms were pico bello clean, had plenty of room with the balcony overlooking the sea, comfortable beds, bright and cozy bathroom. The air condition and the WiFi worked exceptionally well. The walls absorb the noise from neighboring rooms. There are 100+ TV channels also intl. ones such as USA, Germany, even Hungarian channels. There is a small kitchenette, but we did not use it - no toast and microwave though. A big compliment to the staff at the reception, the bar area incl. beach bar and the cleaning personnel. Always helpful and friendly without exception. Prices at the bar for food and beverages are very reasonable priced. Really loved the place.

We really liked everything. Some potential improvement proposal, if we may: the breakfast has lots of selection, but after two weeks would have been happy to see some new items for a change. The pool and green area is a bit overcrowded, perhaps too small for the number of guests of the Hotel. The 3rd bed in my room was useless, could save it for more room.

Good beach front property. Bring soap.

It is very well located on the beach. Nice cleaning staff and repair employee who came to fix a lamp when I got to my room. Nice entertainment in the evenings. Beautiful Spanish building construction style and decor with lots of flowers. Excellent breakfast.

The front desk female employee who received me was very unfriendly. The single beds were very narrow. They don’t have bathroom amenities. They don’t have soap just a foam dispenser for the entire bathroom. We were two travelers arriving on different days. My daughter was ignored one day at breakfast as she was not included as a hotel guest and they were informed ahead of time that she was arriving on a different day. They charged €3 to use pool beds. They don’t provide towels to bring to the beach. I had to buy one. Should have been informed of this before arrival. For health reasons, the swimming pool should have a lower temperature as it is summer time and it gets very crowded.

Was lovely to meet up there with 2 of my nieces from Ireland.

The location was perfect for beach, shops, and lift up too town. It was my second time staying there.

Only 2 small things, a kettle would have been great and maybe a microwave but not an off put for staying there again

I like the frequency of apartment cleaning ,the hotel itself was very clean ,location was excellent , night entertainment was very enjoyable .

I noticed that there was no A.E.D device onsite in case of a cardiac emergency ....which I feel is totally necessary in an area such as this .

Relaxing, plentiful, would reccomend.

Overall it was very nice relaxing hotel. Great entertainment on at night time. Bingo at 5pm and Kids Disco at 7:30pm with night time entertainment starting at 8pm. Pool was maintained fantastically. Pool bar was basic but good if you needed a quick snack. Hotel restaurant did a 3 course meal for €13pp not a wide range to choose from but was decent for €13. The pool opens at 10 am and you have to pay €3 per sun bed, per day, which I think is fantastic as you get a cushion for the bed and once you pay the €3 you can stay till the pool closes at 8pm. No cushion, no sunbed!

Lack of self catering appliances such as kettle & toaster. Kitchen extremely small in the room, It would be very hard to cook a full meal in it.

A very spacious apartment right in front of the beach.

The apartment is in a great location, literally across the street from the beach. The apartment is very spacious and had everything that we needed for the stay.

The a/c was pretty old and quite weak, so it takes a while until the room cools down, but eventually it does. Soap dispenser was there, but not filled. Parking was full so it might get a bit tricky to park if you’re not lucky.
